Why This Role Matters As a Coordinator Installation, Network & Service, Commercial, EMEA you will plan and schedule installation, de-installation, and maintenance activities as well as act as the main link between service providers and internal teams. You will coordinate daily activities with installation-capable service providers and connect with relevant stakeholders on upcoming issues – finding quick resolution What You'll Do * Installation CoordinationMonitor execution, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery. * Service Provider ManagementEnsure compliance with technical, safety, and company standards.Provide training and support on tools, systems, and processes. * Technical SupportOversee and support installation of TPMS, HALO,
and TCU systems.Provide basic troubleshooting and ensure installations meet quality standards. * Systems & OperationsEnsure proper use of company systems (e.g., telematics, CRM).Maintain accurate installation records and documentation.Support inventory and logistics for installation equipment. * Stakeholder CollaborationWork with internal teams and customers to align installation plans.Communicate effectively in the local language and English. * Continuous ImprovementIdentify process improvements and support operational efficiency initiatives.
