is searching for an international Food Ingredients Company the
European Commercial Director for Fruits and Vegetables Powder m/f/d
Location: Northern Italy
Purpose
- To drive sales and marketing efforts of our dehydrated fruits and vegetables in Erope
- To facilitate development of new products and build Go-To Market strategies for all products based on a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Education & Relevant Experience
- Degree in Food Technology and if possible MBA
- fluent in english and if possible Italian
- global experience

Knowledge
- Proven Sales and marketing experience in Food & Flavour industry internationally in a similar organisation.
- Experienced in Food Ingredients industry
- Technical exposure




- Detailed understanding of product development and management with a good grasp on Go-To-Market strategies.
- Must have at least 7 years of category / product management experience.
- Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods

Behavioural Skills
- Strong leadership skill with a proven ability to lead and execute strategic business initiative.
- Great analytical skills and strong attention to detail. with an ability to navigate in a start up mode
- Ability to work in ambiguous situation and remain flexible
