What you will do * Manage and operate Klarna's AI Gateway, ensuring reliable, low-latency access to AI models at scale. * Onboard teams to the AI Gateway, configure model access, and support diverse use cases across technical levels.



* Adapt and improve evaluation tooling for LLM applications using LangSmith. * Own tooling and processes that enable safe, compliant, and efficient GenAI use across the organisation. * Document operational procedures, respond to incidents, and ensure platform stability. * Drive knowledge sharing through structured learning programmes and help standardise AI content across the org.
