The purpose of work is to conduct structural end fatigue analyses of composite and metal parts through hand calculations (i.e Excel spreadsheets) and FEM specialistic activities. FE Analysis : * Perform Linear and Non-linear FE Analysis using commercial Pre and Post software (e.g., Apex, Patran, Hypermesh) and common solvers (e.g., MSC.Nastran). * Conduct Explicit FE Analysis (Bird Strike, Crash, Impact) using LS-Dyna, MSC.Nastran SOL 700 (Dytran), or Radioss. Support and Testing : * Provide support for manufacturing and in-service structural parts throughout their lifecycle. * Contribute to structural test requirements and compare analytical vs. experimental results. * Prepare stress analysis reports and test assessment reports. Collaboration : * Collaborate with the Airvehicle department for loads. * Work with the Design department for CAD surfaces. * Coordinate with Large Structural Laboratories for detailed tests, sub-components tests, and full-scale tests. * Engage with the Material & Pr
