Collaborate directly with C levels, participating in strategic meetings and supporting daily operations (e.Organize and coordinate management meetings, including agenda preparation, presentation management, and speaker coordination.




Monitor projects and initiatives led by local business directors to implement the strategy.
Develop and analyze ad-hoc reports and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
Work with business directors to optimize processes and foster cross-regional collaboration.

Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent English and Italian (required); French is a plus.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive mindset with a willingness to explore new initiatives.
Experience in roles related to business analysis, finance, management, or auditing.
