Head of Private Banking – Milan (Italy)
Lead the next chapter of a prestigious international Private Bank.
Our client, a renowned international Private Bank, is looking to appoint a Head of Private Banking to lead and accelerate the development of its Milan office.
This is a strategic leadership role combining commercial development, people management and business leadership , with direct visibility at executive level.
Your responsibilities
Lead and develop the Private Banking business in Milan.
Manage, coach and inspire a team of experienced Private Bankers.
Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Italian market.
Drive business growth through your personal network and market credibility.
Develop relationships with entrepreneurs, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs),



family businesses and key intermediaries.
Contribute personally to asset gathering while supporting the development of the wider team.
Act as the ambassador of the bank across the Italian wealth management ecosystem.
Work closely with senior management on the long-term development of the franchise.
Your profile
Extensive experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing commercial teams.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow senior bankers.
Established reputation within the Italian wealth management market.
Existing network of HNW/UHNW clients, entrepreneurs and professional intermediaries.
Ability to contribute to new asset acquisition and business development.
Entrepreneurial mindset combined with excellent relationship management skills.
Fluent Italian and English are required.
