We are looking for an EMEA Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, within Marketing Operations Team. You will report to the EMEA Marketing Operations Director.
Support the Marketing Teams, at local and EHQ level, through all aspects of quarterly and annual marketing and business planning
Manage all aspects of Quarterly Markets Marketing Activities, including budgeting, usage of funds, approval at internal and Partners level, check of execution, possible amendment of plans, closing of activities with Proofs of Work Delivered and Proof of Execution, final financial closing
Develop and maintain the Marketing Teams Calendar reflecting key initiatives, campaign and team meetings, Marketing Operations and Alliances Templates and tools
Ensure full exceptional accountability as a part of the Marketing Operations Team
Participate and lead weekly/monthly Markets Team meetings, ensuring clear agendas
