In this role you will lead health, safety and environmental efforts for a flagship greenfield site launch. You partner with project teams to embed HSE from planning through construction, ensuring compliant, safe operations and sustainable performance. You’ll translate policies into practical site actions, monitor risk controls, and engage with authorities and communities. - Ensure compliance with local HSE laws and Nestlé standards across planning, design-for-construction and contractor management
- Create and communicate the site HSE Management Plan with risk procedures (training, risk assessment, method statements, lifting plans, permit to work, emergency planning)
- Maintain a safe and healthy site with controlled access, clear signaling, and hygiene standards; ensure emergency medical readiness




- Implement safe working practices focusing on high-frequency and high-hazard tasks
- Develop manager capabilities through training and coaching on risk management and duties
- Provide guidance and coordinate internal/external resources for SHE support (monitoring, health promotion, surveillance, training)
- Audit and review compliance and performance; share learnings and recognize strong performers
- Engage stakeholders (contractors, unions, regulators, communities, NGOs) to build positive relationships
- Previous HSE leadership on complex construction sites
- Experience managing HSE in multi-contractor environments
- Ability to translate policies into practical action plans
- Development and implementation of Project/Site HSE Management Plans
- Specific Health & Safety training or certifications
