Junior Legal Counsel - External Consultant About the job We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join the Legal team. You will report to the Legal Counsel and provide legal expertise on the drafting, negotiation and implementation of a wide range of commercial agreements, regulatory matters and corporate compliance. Main Tasks * Working closely with the General Counsel in the assessment and management of legal affairs focusing on commercial, contractual and regulatory matters * Providing general, commercial legal and regulatory advice in multiple jurisdictions * Drafting and negotiating domestic and international agreements, including real estate leases, distribution, franchising, agency, service and license agreements * Instructing and managing external legal counsels * Applying combined business and legal judgment to proposed deals,



strategic relationships and other issues requiring legal or compliance attention * Working with the business team as a business partner to identify opportunities to drive business forward * Maintaining the legal archive * Providing operational support in corporate governance * Assisting in the implementation and update of corporate compliance, specifically regarding Legislative Decree 231/01 and Data Protection (GDPR) * NdA, LoI, Sponsorship and Marketing * Conduct legal research Profile * 3+ in a similar role, preferably in the fashion/luxury industry * Lawyer qualification is mandatory * Fluency in English * Attention to details and accuracy * Organizational and time management skills * Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines * Good negotiation and analytical skills * High degree of autonomy and ability to work in team #J-18808-Ljbffr
