Responsibilities * Strategize and oversee the success of the implementation of Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence (HMX) across the business * Work with the individual sites to develop and execute the strategic roadmap for HMX,



aligning it with business goals and objectives * Provide guidance and mentorship to HMX Senior Managers and teams in implementing Lean methodologies and tools * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HMX site assessments initiatives, making recommendations for enhancements * Prepare monthly updates with sites and Senior management aligned with deliverables for each of the sites under scope of responsibilities * Participate in operational improvements as needed within the sites under scope of responsibilities to include productivity improvements tied to continuous improvement Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE * Extensive experience and mastery in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives * Extensive experience in proven leadership of managers and individual contributors * Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies * Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment * Ability to clearly and concisely communicate at all levels of the organization WE VALUE * Strategic mindset and ability to align HOS initiatives with bu
