As the Country Finance Manager, you'll spearhead the financial, accounting, and administrative operations, delivering accurate insights for strategic decision-making while ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and reporting requirements. Duties & Responsibilities Job's Purpose: * Oversee accounting, finance, and administrative processes, providing accurate insights for management decision-making. * Ensure adherence to legal, tax, and reporting obligations within the country and company standards. Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: * Qualifications: CA qualification advantageous; Honours Degree (BCom Accounting) and MBA preferred. * Work Experience: Minimum 6 years, ideally within a manufacturing environment. * Skills: Proficiency in finance, accounting, budgeting, IFRS, SAP-B1, automated financial systems, advanced MS Excel, and exceptional communication.



Key Responsibilities: Business Controlling: * Produce timely financial reports, monthly reports, strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts. * Analyse financial key figures and provide operational management with insightful support. Accounting: * Manage all Accounting functions: Costing (non-negotiable), General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, etc. * Prepare monthly financial statements, management accounts, and ensure IFRS compliance. Cash Management: * Optimize working capital needs and oversee credit control to minimize bad debts. * Manage cash flow, treasury, and tax requirements in line with Group standards. Compliance: * Ensure adherence to financial legislation, standards, and statutory obligations. * Maintain Corporate Governance aligned with Group standards, liaising with external entities as needed.
