As Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, you will define and lead Gucci's worldwide TA strategy in alignment with business priorities. You will shape executive hiring, talent mapping, and a premium candidate experience across regions, partnering with senior leaders and Kering on strategic initiatives. You will drive employer branding, EVP development, and campus partnerships to elevate Gucci as an employer of choice in the luxury sector. Lead global executive and critical hiring activities with strong pipelines across functions and geographies
Develop and implement employer branding, EVP, and candidate attraction strategies across markets
Build and manage university, business school, and hospitality school partnerships and early-career programs
Ensure end-to-end recruitment excellence, governance, tools, and training across regions
Collaborate with Kering on Talent initiatives, campus strategy, and talent transformation projects
Manage relationships with executive search firms, universities, and external vendors to optimize talent attraction
Coach and develop the Global TA & EB team and foster a data-driven, inclusive culture
15+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Management or related HR leadership roles
Proven experience leading a global or multi-regional TA function in a complex, matrixed organization
Track record in defining and impleme
