- Incorporate site constraints into project definition and design
- Plan and organize project execution and mobilize internal and external resources
- Coordinate with plant design and qualify/select contractors; manage contractor activities
- Ensure Nestlé standards are applied and assist the Vertical Project Manager with brief reviews
- Promote environmentally sustainable solutions in project delivery
- Manufacturing project management experience: 3+ years in capital investment projects in food industry
- University degree in Engineering
- Fluency in English; Italian knowledge is a plus
- Factory operations background; Health, Safety & Environment awareness
