In this role you will drive the local talent and performance agenda across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, partnering with HR leaders to shape development and performance. You will deploy training initiatives, enable talent pools, and turn data into actionable decisions to strengthen readiness and leadership capability. You’ll contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborate with a global Talent Management team to deliver an integrated people growth strategy. - Lead deployment of performance and development processes across Italy, Spain and Portugal
- Coordinate development and training actions from talent programs to individual actions
- Enable and grow talent pools in collaboration with HR Partners




- Use analytics to track impact and guide strategic decisions
- Contribute to organizational development through cross-functional projects and digitalization initiatives
- Collaborate with global Talent Management professionals and HR Centers of Expertise to align on strategies
- 5+ years in Talent Management or HR Operations
- Strong communicator and trusted partner with cross-functional influence
- Fluent in HRIS (ideally SuccessFactors) and able to translate data into insights
- Hands-on operator who manages admin tasks with a strategic mindset
- Solid understanding of development, performance, and capability frameworks
- Experience in hybrid and international settings with cross-cultural collaboration
- Proven ability to simplify processes, drive adoption, and improve user experience
- Analytical and impact-driven, connecting data to business needs
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong skills in comm
