As Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, you will define and lead Gucci’s worldwide TA strategy in alignment with business priorities. You will shape executive hiring, talent mapping, and a premium candidate experience across regions, partnering with senior leaders and Kering on strategic initiatives. - Lead global executive and critical hiring activities with strong pipelines across functions and geographies
- Develop and implement employer branding, EVP, and candidate attraction strategies across markets
- Build and manage university, business school, and hospitality school partnerships and early-career programs
- Ensure end-to-end recruitment excellence, governance, tools, and training across regions
- Collaborate with Kering on Talent initiatives, campus strategy, and talent transformation projects
- Manage relationships with executive search firms, universities, and external vendors to optimize talent attraction
- Coach and develop the Global TA & EB team and foster a data-driven, inclusive culture
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Management or related HR leadership roles
