- Apply Lean engineering principles to reduce waste and optimize material flow in automated systems
- Oversee project budget and track expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness of major automation projects
- Engage in agile problem solving to troubleshoot and eliminate bottlenecks
- Coach and guidance staff, promoting safety, inclusivity, and cross-functional collaboration
- Seek continuous improvement through trainings, coaching, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely delivery of project expectations with a professional approach
- Automation Project Experience: at least 2 years in development, commissioning, and implementation of automated warehousing solutions (ASRS, AGVs, high-bay storage, conveyors) in food/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of machine safety (ISO/OSHA) in automate
