Responsibilities
Ticket Procurement & Inventory Management




- Purchase tickets for museums,attractions, andvenuesacrossParis, withadditionalsupport for Barcelona.
- Prepareticketpurchasingfiles andperforminventorychecks to accommodate last-minute bookings.
- Coordinate with suppliers toensureticketavailabilityandtimelydelivery forallscheduledtours.

Booking &OperationalSupport;
- Book supplier servicesrequiredfor tours,includingtransportation,restaurants,radios, andotheroperationalservices.
- Support the Product Delivery andGuidesOperations teamswheneveroperationalassistanceisrequired.
- Collaboratecloselywith the Paris Procurement Manager and Operations team toensuresmoothdailyoperations.

CRM & Data Management
- Upload tickets and bookingdocumentationintothe CRMaccuratelyand on time.
- Update ticketdetails,includingguest names and tour start times,ensuringallbooking informationiscorrect.
- Regularlyverifythateverytourhasthecorrecttickets anddocume
