As Factory Quality Manager, you will lead a quality-driven factory function, safeguarding food safety and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time product releases and right-first-time execution, building a high-performing organization. The role focuses on strengthening quality systems, risk-based decision making, and consumer trust at the Levissima facility. You will report to the Factory Manager and lead a 10-person team. - Lead food safety and compliance across the plant and ensure HACCP and quality systems are implemented and sustained

- Promote sharing of best practices and cross-functional collaboration to improve manufacturing excellence
- Develop organizational structure and succession in Quality; coach and develop people
- Collaborate to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to internal/external requirements
- Support idea-to-launch processes and consistent product quality for consumer satisfaction
- Manage relationships with other departments to drive performance and risk management
- 5–7 years of experience in Quality roles with leadership of a team in complex environments
- Management exposure in a factory setting
- Proven track record delivering results through cross-functional teams
- Ability to network across markets and factories
- Fluent in Italian and English
