Tech is looking for a Product Designer to join our B2B product team working on a web platform for business customers that use satellite connectivity services and connected network equipment. This role is not only about designing screens. We need a strong product‐minded designer who can work in discovery, frame problems, challenge assumptions, build scalable UX concepts, and help the team turn complex technical and business processes into clear, flexible, and technically viable product solutions. You will work side‐by‐side with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to design solutions that can scale across multiple companies, domains, and use cases. Act as a product designer within a cross‐functional full‐stack product team, contributing to team‐level outcomes and shared KPIs
Lead the design process in discovery: from problem framing and task clarification to hypotheses, concepts, validation, and delivery
Translate complex B2B service, device management, connectivity, billing, and operational processes into scalable UX solutions for a web customer platform
Design interfaces for dashboards, device lists, device detail pages, traffic usage reports, service status monitoring, subscription management, billing, payments, and support‐related workflows
Create UX flows that help business customers understand connected devices, active/inactive status, traffic consumption, speeds, and costs
Design experiences for adding new devices, connecting them to existing services or equipment,
