We are looking for an impactful Business Consultant to reinforce the Southern Europe pre-sales team with a permanent contract.
In this role, you will work as a trusted business consultant alongside the commercial team, co-leading the engagement with enterprise and mid-market clients. You will play a key role in qualifying customer pain points, shaping tailored solution proposals, and demonstrating how our AI technology can directly support their business objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to combine business acumen and technology expertise, influencing strategic deals and helping customers unlock measurable value through AI.
This role follows a hybrid working model,



requiring regular attendance at our Rome office (approximately two days per week) and remote work for the remaining time. This is a customer-oriented role that involves working closely with clients, including travel to customer sites for up to 50% of your time.
Partner with Account Executives to understand customer challenges and position the value of our AI solutions
Lead discovery sessions to uncover business pain points and align them to technical capabilities
Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders at enterprise accounts
Collaborate with R&D;, Product and Marketing teams to bring customer insights into our go-to-market
Support RFP/RFI responses with clear, value-driven content
Develop rough order of magnitude (ROM) pricing and assist in designing workflows, helping customers visualize and quantify the business impact of AI solutions
Represent the company at events, conferences and customer work
