The Regulatory Affairs Intern will support the Regulatory Affairs team in the development and launch of products by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing technical documentation, and collaborating with R&D;, Quality, Marketing and Production teams. They will support the verification that all products comply with the regulations in the target markets.
Main Responsibilities
- Product compliance — Support product compliance with European material and chemicals legislation and other international regulations.
- Regulatory summaries — Prepare summaries and presentations to convey key requirements to relevant departments.
- Supplier documentation — Check the compliance of suppliers’ declarations of conformity and technical documentation.
- Test report analysis — Support R&D; and the material compliance team in assessing product test reports.
- Regulatory monitoring — Monitor regulatory updates and legislative changes in the environmental and chemical sector
Requirements
- Degree in engineer, chemistry or related scientific fields.
- Knowledge of the European chemical Regulation REACH 1907⁄2006 .
- Ability to analyse regulations and manage documentation.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
