We’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across a cluster of depots. You’ll ensure high service standards, strong fleet performance, and consistent execution of SOPs, while coaching Depot Leaders and driving operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Regional Director.
Drive operational performance and customer satisfaction
Ensure SOP compliance and service consistency
Travel frequently (up to 50%) to support depot teams
7–10 years of experience in hands-on operational roles (rent-a-car, logistics, retail,



hospitality)
~Strong communication skills and fluency in English (and local language if applicable)
~ A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive campervans
~ A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage teams in dynamic environments
~ Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
~ Interest in our product and willingness to learn the technical details of campervans
