The role

We are looking for a Key Account for the Campania region in Italy, responsible




for developing and executing channel plans, coordinating with internal teams,
and managing commercial relationships with customers.

What you'll be responsible for

* Negotiations: Plan, manage, and lead negotiations
* Planning: Develop full year plans and monitor the progress
* Sales: Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution and support the
commercial expansion of the discount channel.
* Promotions: Manage promotional programs defined by the Trade Marketing for
the Concessionaries managed
* Customer needs: Understand customer needs and requirements
* Client retention: Develop and implement long-term strategies to retain
clients
* Customer service: Resolve customer complaints promptly
* Internal communications: Manage internal communications between clients and
internal teams
