Job Description

As the Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Business Intelligence Leader for the Pressure Management business unit, you will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of AI, automation, and business intelligence initiatives that drive operational excellence, business growth, and an enhanced customer experience. This role is responsible for building and leading a high-performing team while partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable solutions that create measurable business value.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and execute the business unit’s Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Business Intelligence strategy, roadmap, and governance framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable return on investment.
- Partner with executive and functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI, automation, and analytics initiatives that improve business performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Lead the design,



implementation, and adoption of scalable AI, intelligent automation, and business intelligence solutions, guiding initiatives from concept through production deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Support the Emerson standards for responsible AI, data governance, model risk management, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory compliance while ensuring alignment with Emerson technology strategies and platforms.
- Drive a data-driven culture by advancing self-service analytics, defining key business metrics, and enabling actionable insights through reporting, visualization, and data storytelling capabilities.
- Build, develop, and lead a global team of AI, Automation, and Business Intelligence professionals, including direct employees, contractors, and offshore resources, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
