What You Bring to the Role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English Outbound sales experience, with focus on prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, generating new business opportunities, upselling and cross selling Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models Proven ability to uncover and engage decision-makers, identify customer needs and close deals over various channels such as phone, email, and social media Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and meet weekly, daily and monthly sales targets Ability to analyze customer
