Oversee implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on site following briefs and Nestlé standards




Incorporate site constraints into project definition and design
Plan and organize project execution and mobilize internal and external resources
Coordinate with plant design and qualify/select contractors; manage contractor activities
Ensure Nestlé standards are applied and assist the Vertical Project Manager with brief reviews
Promote environmentally sustainable solutions in project delivery
Manufacturing project management experience: 3+ years in capital investment projects in food industry
University degree in Engineering
Fluency in English; Italian knowledge is a plus
Factory operations background; Health, Safety & Environment awareness
