In this role you drive the people agenda for a strategic greenfield manufacturing site, building the workforce from the ground up and shaping the site's employer brand. You will partner with business leaders to design and execute scalable hiring strategies to support installation, start-up and ramp-up of a highly automated facility. Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for a new manufacturing site, ensuring attraction, selection and onboarding of the workforce
Create and implement people plans aligned with business priorities
Coordinate workforce planning for the customer unit and engage local stakeholders
Drive Employer Branding initiatives tailored to the territory
Oversee Performance and Talent Management, calibration and development
Lead talent reviews to ensure high performance is recognized and developed
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with managers, employees and their representatives
Support short- and long-term business needs to sustain competitive advantage
At least 7 years of HR experience
Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment projects
Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred
Previous involvement in greenfield, startup or large-scale workforce build-up projects is a strong plus
Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
Experience in Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives
Italian and English fluent
