Senior Architect

Job description

OBR is seeking a Senior Architect with at least 5 years of experience in the development and delivery of complex architectural projects, with strong technical design skills.

The candidate should demonstrate a solid understanding of OBR’s design approach and contribute to the firm’s ongoing architectural research and development.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, extensive technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary Design Team.

Advanced knowledge of Revit/BIM and AutoCAD is required.

Key responsibilities:
- collaborate with the Design Manager and Design Team throughout all phases of design and project development;
- contribute to the production and coordination of architectural design and construction documents;
- interface with consultants and contractors through all stages of project development;
- review construction documents developed by contractors;
- verify compliance with technical specifications and applicable codes and regulations;
- support site activities and technical coordination as required;
- contribute to ensuring that the works adhere to OBR’s design intent.
