Role Overview
Join us as Customer Success Manager to build Lexroom's Spanish customer base from the ground up. You will be the first dedicated CS hire for the Spanish market, owning the full portfolio of Spanish customers end to end. You report to Alice Lusvarghi and work alongside the team that built our most developed market, Italy. The product already won in Italy. Spain is next, and you own it.
Key Responsibilities




- Own the full Spanish customer portfolio from handover to renewal, focusing on retention and growth through proactive upsell and uplift.
- Run a proactive, commercial CS motion—initiate contact, spot opportunities in every conversation, and close deals.
- Serve as the single point of contact for Spanish customers, from onboarding and product expertise to support requests, gathering feedback and feeding it back to Product and Marketing.
- Adapt the Italian playbook to Spain, importing what works and localizing it for the Spanish market.
- Own your numbers: build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report on the health and growth of your portfolio.

Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years in Customer Success or account management, ideally at a SaaS, tech, or software company. Exposure to legal or professional‑services customers is a plus.
