This position reports to:
Workshop Manager

Your role and responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to generate a detailed production schedule based on the production plan to maximize the use of resources and meet established production specifications and schedules. Each day, you will feed information on production capacity issues and material availability. You will also showcase your expertise by releasing manufacturing work orders.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating and maintaining a detailed production schedule from the production plan.
- Executing daily, plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules.
- Establishing sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per the master schedule/plan.




- Monitoring schedule adherence, identifying key root causes for deviation, and taking follow-up improvement action.
- Act as Factory Supervisor, supporting the Manager and the team colleague in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with workplace standards.
Qualifications for the role
- Ability to demonstrate your experience, at least 2 years, in material planning and scheduling.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of low voltage products.
- You are familiar with SAP, MES and Office.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, combined with a proactive attitude, curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
