Global CRM & Customer Intelligence Internship | Curricular Internship | 6 months | Start date: September 2026| Milan
We are looking for a talented person to join our Global CRM & Customer Intelligence team. In this role, you will work alongside a team of experienced professionals, interacting with multiple stakeholders across departments and markets, helping align customer insights with business objectives and supporting decision-making through data‑driven analysis.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Supporting the collection, preparation, and integration of customer data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Analyzing customer behavior, identifying segmentation opportunities, and uncovering actionable business insights through data.
- Contributing to customer profiling and predictive analytics projects to better understand customer needs and preferences.
- Monitoring CRM campaigns and personalized promotions, recommending optimization opportunities based on performance insights.

You are the right person if:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics,



Engineering, or Economics.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python or R; experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, international environment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
