We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Advisory - Building Consultant. Your responsibilities will include feasibility checks and analysis, utilizing a combination of documentation analysis and site visits. Document analysis: Verification of authorization, cadastral, urban planning, and building documentation.* Site visits to verify the condition of the properties, identify defects and deviations,



and assess the costs required for compliance (Capital Expenditure Plan estimation).* Analysis of the property's maintenance status through site visits.* Tenancy analysis and lease contracts.* Support to the client during negotiation phases and drafting of purchase agreements in coordination with involved legal, tax, and environmental advisors.* Analysis of real estate development progress.* Verification of project and building quality and timelines.* Analysis of construction contracts and incurred costs.* Qualifications & Experience:* Around 3-5 years of due diligence experience in Real Estate companies and/or technical studios* A Bachelor's and master's degree, preferably in Architecture or Civil Engineering;* Excellent Italian and English language proficiency (B2/C1, written and spoken);* Proficiency in Microsoft Office;* Knowledge of drawing and design software (Autocad);* Availability to travel domestically and internationally.We believe everyone's contribution matters.
