MISSIONS: (ENG)
Within the division ”Cash Admin & Agency” of the Middle Office Private Debt team at Tikehau, your main assignments will be:
- Creation of instruments in coordination with the investment teams:
- Booking of trades (purchase and sale),
- Maintenance of investment characteristics post settlement by overseeing cash management, such as principal and interest.
- Reconciliations (cash and inventory):
- Reconciliation of the cash transactions related to debt instruments within the Portfolio Management System (eFront),
- Control of the data provided by loan services related to debt transactions,
- Interaction with Middle Office Analysts in charge of funds for the préparation of inventories and NAV.
- Data Referential & Governance:
- Contribution to the improvement of Business processes and workflows as well as tools’ upgrade,
- Contribution to Data cleansing and mass remediation of existing Data,
- Managing access rights to web-banking platforms.
- Contribution to Agency Services:
- Production of notices on Private Debt instruments (calculation agent)




- Monitoring of the portfolio/deals in scope in coordination with the investment teams
- Communication with borrowers, custodians and accountants

Il candidato sarà collocato nella divisione “Cash Admin & Agency” all’interno del Team Middle Office Private Debt e sarà responsabile delle seguenti mansioni:
- Creazione degli strumenti in collaborazione con i team di investimento coinvolti:
- Booking e registrazione delle operazioni (acquisto e vendita);
- Monitoraggio degli investimenti post settlement, supervisionando la gestione della tesoreria, del capitale e degli interessi.
- Attività di riconciliazione (cassa e portfolio inventory):
- Riconciliazione della movimentazione di cassa in relazione ai diversi strumenti di debito tramite il sistema di Portfolio Management (eFront);
- Controllo dei dati forniti dai fornitori terzi (loan services);
- Coordinamento con il Middle Office per la preparazione dei NAV
