Your contribution to the energy transition
As Operations and Maintenance (O&M;) Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth of the company’s Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) portfolio within the utility‑scale solar PV sector. The role focuses on identifying and securing new O&M; contracts, building strong relationships with asset owners and investors, and promoting value‑added service offerings.
Key duties include
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the O&M; portfolio for utility‑scale solar plants
- Build and maintain relationships with asset owners, IPPs and investors




- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial O&M; proposals tailored to client needs and RFQs
- Lead contract negotiations and close O&M; service agreements
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to define competitive service offerings
- Support project handover from O&M; Sales to execution of O&M; contracts
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Stay updated on regulatory, technological and market developments in the solar PV sector
