YOUR MISSION
We are on the lookout for a Senior Legal Counsel - International Employment Law (Couriers) to join the legal team at the forefront of platform work regulations. Help us lead the way through the fast-changing legal landscape of the gig-economy and contribute to shaping the future of work.
Join the team that protects and enables Delivery Hero’s growth. In the Legal Team, you’ll support key initiatives in connection with platform workers across different markets and different business functions. Your work will help mitigate legal risks and ensure we’re positioned for sustainable,
long-term success— making you a key contributor to our mission of delivering amazing experiences worldwide.
- You will join a team of international employment lawyers, specialising solely in the challenges of platform work and overseeing courier classification risks across the world.
- You will monitor high-profile litigations and regulatory investigations and will devise defence strategies in Italy and other markets.
- You will know our tech stack and delivery operations inside out, and will partner with our Product, Tech and Ops teams to build the next generation of delivery apps.
- You will stay on top of legislative developments impacting platform work and will become a strategic ally to Public Policy teams, both in our HQ and in our markets..
- You will be a subject matter expert internally and will act as a source of knowledge to our management and across the Group.
