Accountabilities
- Own the creative strategy for TikTok across organic content, paid advertising, and TikTok Shop to drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue.
- Research TikTok trends, creator content, competitor activity, consumer behavior, and platform insights to identify new creative opportunities and winning content formats.
- Develop scalable creative concepts, messaging frameworks, scripts, hooks, and campaign briefs tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
- Design and manage structured creative testing strategies, continuously evaluating performance across hooks, formats, offers, messaging, creators, and storytelling approaches.
- Collaborate with product marketing, paid media specialists, content creators, video editors, and other stakeholders to launch, refine, and scale high-performing creative campaigns.
