As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through mentorship of project related activities and resources.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing different projects at the same time
- Participating in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions
- Developing the yearly strategic plan for the whole unit.
- Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps,



risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior supporters in partner technical teams.
- Managing important business unit clients.
- Driving highly detailed processes thar require many stakeholders’ involvement at the client side.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have extensive experience in Project Leadership within the industrial field
- Be able to interact with different stakeholders, from management to executive levels
- Be focused on team success
- Act with a mindset of holding each other accountable, both in behavior and in performance
- Have excellent communications and influencing skills
- Hold EU passport and be fluent in English
