At SimCorp Italiana, our Information Technology and Application Managed Services team is the driving force behind everything we do. We’re not just keeping the lights on—we’re building, securing, and optimizing the systems that power our success.
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT services to our SimCorp Sofia clients,



both internally and externally. From ensuring rock-solid system stability to safeguarding our infrastructure and streamlining operations, your work will enhance our daily functionality.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
At SimCorp Italiana, your role will be diverse and wide-ranging. You’ll be part of a team that ensures our clients and internal systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
Client Services & Application Support:
- Be the go-to expert for SimCorp Sofia clients, providing reliable support across application management, SaaS environments, and scheduler monitoring.
- Dive into technical analysis for new clients and projects, and contribute to pre-sales activities with your insights.
- Facilitate client installations, migrations, and upgrades, promoting seamless transitions.
- Support VPN and client connectivity, and assist with SimCorp Sofia Business Services.
