Accountabilities:





The Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist is responsible for managing technical onboarding, production readiness, and ongoing support activities. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Configure and activate partner integrations in production environments, ensuring all technical requirements are validated before launch.
- Manage API keys, payment method configurations, and integration settings to support successful go-live processes.
- Perform technical verification of merchant setups and identify potential issues before production deployment.
- Investigate transaction failures by analyzing logs, monitoring tools, and system behavior to determine root causes.
- Troubleshoot API-related issues involving REST APIs, JSON structures, and client-server communication.
- Use technical tools such as Postman to validate requests and support
