The Payroll Specialist will be part of the HR team and play a key role in ensuring an excellent employee experience through accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.

In this position, the candidate will manage end-to-end payroll and time & attendance activities, working in a dynamic international environment and collaborating with employees, managers, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage time and attendance processes, including validation of employee timesheets and administration of vacation, sickness and other statutory absence records.
- Collect, calculate and maintain payroll information, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with established procedures and deadlines.
- Prepare payroll calculations and reports, including earnings, taxes, deductions, disability benefits and non-taxable compensation.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, providing support to employees on payroll, attendance and compensation-related matters.
- Ensure payroll operations comply with company policies, internal procedures and applicable labor, tax and social security regulations.
