Organizational Context and Scope
Under the overall supervision of the Director, Coordination Office for the Mediterranean and Chief of Mission in Italy and Malta and the direct supervision of the Resource Management Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for carrying out the following duties and responsibilities in relation to manage the Supply chain operations of Italy and Malta

Responsibilities
- Carry out and support coordination of procurement activities in the office, including revision and consolidation of purchase request forms, organization and evaluation of bidding processes
