Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Wholesale Support Intern to join our Wholesale team. The ideal candidate has a commercial mindset, strong numerical skills, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in wholesale business and showroom environment. Reporting to the Senior Wholesale Manager Southern Europe, you will support day-to-day sales operations, reporting, and client interactions, working closely with the Wholesale and Customer Service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support
- Assist with order entry, confirmations, and client follow-ups
- Manage daily client requests (e.g. product information, availability)
- Support reorders and swaps: extract stock lists and format proposals
- Assist with returns tracking and coordination
- Follow up on Visual Merchandising (VM) activities for Franchise partners
- Maintain and update internal databases





Reporting & Analysis
- Track sell-through performance by account and region
- Help compile monthly sales reports
- Analyze sell-through data to identify trends, bestsellers, and slow movers
- Upload and validate data on internal platforms
- Support the creation of ad-hoc sales presentations and decks

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational background in Business, Fashion Management or similar
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PPT
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills and confident attitude
- Previous experience in a showroom environment or client-facing role is a plus
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
