About the Job:
The IT Security Director is responsible for defining and leading the company’s information security strategy, ensuring that IT risks are identified, assessed, and managed within the risk appetite set by the business.
The role oversees the design and implementation of security governance, policies, controls, monitoring systems, and access management processes to protect enterprise information and reduce the impact of potential security incidents.
The IT Security Director also ensures that effective practices are in place for incident response, business continuity, backup and recovery, eDiscovery, and digital forensics, contributing to the overall cyber resilience of the organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business priorities and risk appetite.
- Work closely with business units to support the identification, assessment, and management of information security and IT-related risks across the organization.




- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the information security management framework, ensuring that policies, standards, and practices remain effective and up to date.
- Collaborate with relevant functions and governance committees to ensure the consistent application of security policies and standards across technology projects, systems, and services.
- Provide leadership and direction to the enterprise information security function, promoting a structured, proactive, and business-oriented approach to security management.
- Partner with business stakeholders across the company to increase awareness of risk management topics and strengthen the overall security culture.
- Support business technology planning by providing current expertise and a forward-looking view of technology trends, systems, and security implications.
