Overview
The Manager, IT Systems Administration and Operations at Crocs, Inc. is a dual-role leader responsible for driving endpoint management initiatives, overseeing core systems infrastructure, and leading a team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading a team of systems administrators supporting endpoint management, identity services, and core workplace technologies across the enterprise. This role ensures the stability, security, and compliance of end-user environments while advancing operational maturity through automation, process standardization and ITIL-aligned service delivery.
This leader combines strong technical expertise with people leadership to deliver reliable and scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a technical lead for all endpoint management and systems administration operational activities.
- Acts as an agent of change driving continuous improvement in processes, documentation, and service quality.
- Build and implement standards, procedures, and guidelines for endpoint deployment, patching, security, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless support and escalation paths.
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments with a focus on scalability and security.
- Manage endpoint platforms (Microsoft Intune, Patch-my-PC, and JAMF required)
- Oversee software packaging, deployment, and patching across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
