Specifically, when you join the Finance & Performance Management team across Italy, you will learn how finance projects are run end-to-end, from process analysis to reporting, and understand how AI can be applied to enhance processes and support decision-making.
You will be tasked with:
- Conduct process assessments and gap analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of finance processes and controls, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate digital finance transformation analysis, uncover recurring patterns,



identify inefficiencies and gaps through best-practice benchmarking, and identify opportunities for automation;
- Design the Target Operating Model (TOM) using AI-assisted insights to optimize workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve decision support;
- Redefine performance management strategies, supporting CFOs in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, utilizing AI to enhance requirement analysis, drive innovative solution design, and enable predictive and scenario-based analytics;
- Support reporting and data visualization, creating dashboards and insights using AI to identify anomalies, uncover trends and key insights, and build intelligent, action-oriented dashboards that support decision-making;
- Collaborate with clients to implement and integrate EPM systems using AI-enabled modules to enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting, while assessing automation impacts and benefits through business cases and feasibility studies;
