Summary

Directs and coordinates all Security activities throughout the Palatine Complex. Works with all department managers to assist them in meeting their respective goals. Works, trains,



and directs security personnel to achieve minimum of overtime while maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned
- Must be able to perform all the functions of a security guard and security coordinator.
- Assists in the planning of day to day operations of the security department.
- Prepares manpower assignments (schedules) supervises and coordinates with all sections of the Huntley/Elgin complex to insure all non standard work times have sufficient manpower coverage.
- Completes special assignments as assigned in a timely manner.
- Conducts investigations as assigned.
- Supervises, instructs and trains subordinates in the day to day operations of the security department,
- Keeps the security manager apprised of on going projects.
- Ensures all personnel act in a professional manner and adhere to company rules and regulations while building a team.
