To meet our challenges, we are looking for our next Customer Solution Scientist, within our Health and Pharma Solutions Business Unit to reinforce our team This position can be remotely based in Italy, Germany or Poland.

Your mission?
As an integral member of our EMEA Customer Engagement team,



you will create value for both our customers and Roquette by offering deep technical support, training, and strong collaboration on innovative and established solutions to our customers in EMEA.

This position involves rich interactions as you will work closely with the European TS&D; Application Scientist, R&D;, Sales, and the Marketing teams.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:
- Provide high-level technical expertise on pharma excipients and applications, leveraging deep product and formulation knowledge to design innovative solutions.
- Drive customer success through technical leadership and support, including troubleshooting, training, and hands-on guidance across formulation development and scale-up activities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with Roquette’s customer R&D; teams in a specific territory in EMEA and select Global/Key Accounts, acting as a trusted advisor, identifying unmet needs, and translat
