We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator to join our Field Services Operations Team in Italy . The position can be located in Genoa, Naples or Trieste . Hybrid work is an option for this role. What will you be doing? As a Field Service Coordinator you will be responsible for all Field Services (FS) activities assigned towards the final customer, cooperate with sales proposal team to estimate FS activities budget in terms of hours and man/days, and interface with Sales for improving Customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will be: Lead and coordinate Field Service activities, including personnel, spare parts, costs, and time. Be responsible and accountable for results and deviations of all services handled in accordance with what planned. Support field service personnel when they are assigned on a job. Act as the contact person for the customer during the jobs. Communicate with the customer, our engineers, and sales during the delivery of Field Service jobs. Promo
