Overview
We are currently looking for a Global media assistant to support one of our prominent global clients across our network. The media assistant will play a crucial role in delivering excellence in account management and will work towards ensuring client satisfaction . The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate with teams across the globe, build strong relationships, and support the development of best-in-class media campaigns .




In this role, you will provide assistance to the brand lead , managing various tasks related to the day-to-day business. You will become an expert in both the brand and the category , supporting the brand lead in managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem-solving, and responsiveness. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to help structure, develop, and implement media plans.
Responsibilities
- Attention to Detail You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the brand on a global scale . This role requires an organized , process-driven individual who can keep track of plans and briefs while ensuring deadlines are met. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams in planning , reporting , analytics , and measurement
- Task Management You will develop a strong partnership with the brand lead in managing all projects for the client.
