Responsibilities Drive specific Supply Chain & Operations projects, supporting the organization targets.
Participate in European network optimisation projects, evaluating optimal cost and efficiency for sourcing, routing, and order execution.
Active member of the ERP implementation project, supporting the design & requirement phase and implementation of D365 Microsoft solution across European sites.
Design new processes related to ERP Standard work/Solutions and support the issuance and maintenance of SOPs related to Supply chain & Operations activities.
Deploy the ERP system in Italy and support the roll‐out to other European countries (France, Germany, Poland, Greece, Scandinavia, etc.).
Work with all sites to improve standard work, including training of people on new ways of working.
Work on new initiatives and projects around material flow,



planning and production activities.
Support sites on Supply Chain & Operations related improvement activities upon demand.
Participate in group initiatives.
Qualifications University degree in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing.
Or relevant Logistics/Supply Chain studies completed with several years of experience in the field.
Up to 3 years experience in a similar position – experience in the printing or flexible packaging industry is a big plus.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365; knowledge of ERP systems; D365 experience is a strong advantage.
Experience leading or supporting projects using project‐management methodologies.
Professional English written and spoken.
Fluent Italian is preferred.
Desired Skills Very good computer skills – MS Office.
